Who are Haunted Cambridge?

We’re a group of Cambridge local guides, all qualified to wear the Green or Bue Badge of the Institute of Tourist Guides, and we love showing our guests the stranger, spookier side of our famous city.

Are the tours suitable for children?

The content of our tours can be rather gruesome and may not always be suitable for younger children. Please use your own discretion when booking tickets for children

Can we bring our dog on the tour?

We are very happy to accommodate dogs who are well-behaved and are on a lead.

Will the tour go ahead if it is raining or snowing?

Tours go ahead in all weathers – the ghosts enjoy our discomfort …

If I find I can’t make the tour, can the ticket be refunded?

Tours are non-refundable. However, if you find that you are unable to attend on the evening you have booked, please let us know no later than 5 hours before the start of the tour and we will do our best to accommodate you on another date.

Is there any chance of getting a last-minute ticket after ticket sales have closed?

If today’s ticket sales are ‘CLOSED’, please phone 07810 411 599. If we have any spaces available, we may be able to arrange a ticket for you.
